Today and tomorrow, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation will offer 105 vacant bachelor's and master's vacancies in various sectors in the private sector.

The Ministry explained that the number of jobs offered today at the Customer Happiness Center in Dubai, 53 jobs ranging from engineers, teachers, managers and supervisors, and the effectiveness of recruitment lasts one day, and includes immediate job interviews for vacancies available in the participating sectors.

She added that the Customer Happiness Center - Abu Dhabi Emiratisation in Mussafah will see two recruitment days (today and tomorrow), which will offer 52 jobs in a number of different sectors, and is aimed at the masters and bachelor holders for the positions of programmer, engineer, manager, legal consultant, lawyer and system analyst.

The Ministry invites national cadres of job seekers to attend the open day of employment in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, to conduct immediate job interviews in various sectors.

The ministry called on jobseekers from the citizens to register their data in the Emiratization portal, as the data is linked, and nominated for various jobs, based on the skills and experience in resumes.

The ministry confirmed that Ministerial Decree No. (212) on regulating the work of the citizen in the private sector, obliges the employer to update the file of the citizen working for his company in the General Authority for Insurance and Social Pensions, or any other local or insurance fund, in accordance with the legal regulations in force in the ministry.

The ministry pointed out the availability of pensions in the private sector, and it obliges companies to register their citizens in the pension funds, and pay monthly contributions.

According to the decision, the ministry provides the necessary mechanisms to ensure the performance of the work of the citizen in an appropriate environment, and a mechanism for the employment of citizens to receive complaints from parties to the work relationship, and to ensure the seriousness, and to suggest ways to address them, and to present them to the parties, and to ensure the quality of the implementation mechanism of solutions approved to support Balance the work relationship, and follow up with the establishments to ensure that they participate in the work of the citizen in the Public Authority for Social Insurance and Pensions, or any other local fund or insurance fund, in accordance with the legal regulations in force in the Ministry.
