It was Monday, June 10, that two 18-year-olds were knifed during a fireball tournament in Ljungby. Of five suspected perpetrators, four were arrested for attempted murder, all between 18 and 20 years old.
The fireball tournament was organized for the graduating students at Sunnerbogymnasiet, but for some reason there was a rift between the youngsters.
Today is the last trial day in the case and the prosecutor is calling on prison for all five defendants, writes P4 Kronoberg. The prosecutor wants three to be sentenced for attempted murder and two for gross misconduct.
The trial is expected to be completed at four o'clock on Friday. Judgment against the defendants will be conveyed at a later date.
