The Dubai Federal Elections Commission has issued four warnings to candidates who did not comply with the executive instructions of the electoral process during the first week of the electoral campaign period, adding that the final list of candidates witnessed three cases of competition among six candidates in the emirate, each of whom are two brothers.

The Committee noted, in press statements, that the first week of the election campaign period witnessed the withdrawal of one candidate from the election marathon, bringing the number of withdrawals, since the announcement of the initial list of candidates until yesterday, to three candidates, including two women, pointing out that the number of candidates who submitted their plan During the first week, 64 candidates were nominated.

The committee explained that the candidates used various means of propaganda during the campaign period, with 86% for social media platforms, 25% for outdoor advertising, 50% for advertisements in newspapers, and about 17% for television and radio.
