“Returned with a signature from the president,” the report said.
The document amends Art. 80 of the Constitution. It will not stipulate that people's deputies are guaranteed immunity and they cannot be prosecuted, detained or arrested without parliament’s consent.
The law will enter into force on January 1, 2020.
On September 3, the Rada adopted it in the final reading.
