08 May 2019Lambrino children admitted to school without vaccinations: the headmaster reported. The referral to the Public Prosecutor's Office took place at the end of the investigations carried out by the Nas carabinieri as part of the controls set by the Carabinieri Command for Health Protection. "The Nas controls - a note explains - were arranged by the Carabinieri Command for the Protection of Health also in light of the alarm due to the increase in measles cases registered in many foreign countries and reported by all the media".The pupils, under 13 years of age, were found to be unvaccinated and therefore lacked the access requirement provided for by the current provisions. The head teacher was sued for failing to comply with and enforcing the vaccination requirements necessary for enrollment and school attendance for children under six.
