His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has directed Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) to provide clean, bottled water for all private schools in the emirate of Sharjah free of charge.

Dr. Rashed Al-Leem, Chairman of Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), praised the continuous honors of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, which aims to provide all the elements of a decent life for all segments of society and the attention of His Highness to our students.

His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi's honor comes as a continuation of the first phase during which His Highness directed Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) to supply 114 public schools and 27 nurseries with pure bottled drinking water from the Zulal factory at the beginning of the new school year. It has been successfully implemented over the past year, providing a healthy and ideal working environment for students.

He stressed that the Authority will immediately implement the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and provide water and a fleet of cars to be delivered to private schools and nurseries in coordination and cooperation with the Sharjah Special Education Authority.

He stressed that the products of Zulal Water Factory are one of the best bottled water products in the Middle East and conform to the latest specifications and standards of the international water industry and that they are subject to continuous development process.

He pointed out that the factory has received the international quality certificate ISO 9001/2000 in addition to the HACCP certificate, and the factory has also received the Emirates Quality Mark issued by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology and its products have been able to win the trust of the public.
