But despite the fact that three stations - Gryt, Söderköping and Valdemarsvik, moved out to the site, it was late.
- Unfortunately, we could not save the house and now let it burn down under supervision from the rescue service. We have also minimized the risks of the fire spreading to a house that is next door, says Lennart Ågren, operator of the rescue service.
The effort and the extinguishing work will continue throughout the evening.
