TMC's daily broadcast unveiled on Wednesday all of its images shot during the search at the insubordinate headquarters of France in October 2018, a week before the appearance of Jean-Luc Mélenchon and five leaders of the movement before the court of Bobigny.

Several insubordinate leaders, including Mr. Mélenchon, seeing in these proceedings for "acts of intimidation against the judicial authority, rebellion and provocation", a "political trial", have repeatedly called for access to all the images of transmission.

Wednesday at 18:00, Daily has posted these images, without editing. Taken in its entirety, the sequence alternates moments of calm and dialogue with scenes of extreme tension and jostling when the Rogue attempt to gain access to the part of the premises where the search takes place.

This was conducted as part of preliminary investigations into suspicions of fictitious jobs of European Parliament assistants and the accounts of the 2017 campaign.

"It's a great satisfaction for us, these pictures show things as they happened, it shows that the general atmosphere is not the one that the few elements shown (previously by Daily) have suggested" said in a press conference held Wednesday evening MP Alexis Corbière, close to Mr. Mélenchon, who was not present.

"We did not hinder this search, it was a dialogue that took place," Corbière added, alongside another LFI MP, Adrien Quattenens, at the conference at the party's headquarters.

On the images, we see in particular the insubordant leader reformulate his reply "my person is sacred", pronounced during the search at his home earlier in the morning: "The police are not above the republican laws and especially above the person of the deputies, their person is sacred, "he said to the police, reproaching them for being" armed "and numerous, and demanding that the unsuspects can attend the search.

We also see him launch his already well-known and very commented sentence in October: "The Republic is me".

In other sequences, Mr. Mélenchon confides, more relaxed, to the journalists present and jokes with the Rogue.

"We must give them everything, we must not oppose any resistance, we are honest people," says Mr. Mélenchon from the police, before addressing the prosecutor, with whom the dialogue was very tense for several minutes: "You are here at home, you are a citizen and even you are a prosecutor, and we respect that".

"There are members of the FN among them (the police, ed), should not be surprised that some are alive," then launches Jean-Luc Mélenchon.

The lawyer of the unswerving leader, Mathieu Davy, said Wednesday evening "appalling that the prosecutor refused to send us this document", according to him "essential".

Jean-Luc Mélenchon announced Wednesday night on Twitter the release of a new book entitled "And so on" at Plon on September 19, the first day of the trial. "Here is my new book: I wrote it over the water, I kept a log of my summer, which goes from Mexico to France, to tell you about a political trial," he said. he commented.
