This was reported by "Ukrainian News" with reference to a response from NABU.
It is noted that the criminal proceedings were registered by court order, which ordered the NABU to initiate an investigation.
The case was registered on August 23.
The investigation was launched under article 364 (abuse of power or official position) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigation (GBR) summoned 100 deputies of the Verkhovna Rada for questioning in connection with a criminal case on usurpation of power by former president of the country Petro Poroshenko and his team.
