Kerstin got a road sign dumped on her lawn - "I want to mow the grass"

There are many heavy transports with parts to wind turbines through the county right now. The transports are often very long, which can make it difficult to get past narrow curves.

The transporters are authorized to dismantle signs, for example, if there is a risk that they will be hit. And that was exactly what happened to Kerstin in Överammer.

- It was around twelve o'clock at night and I noticed that it was starting to flash like the octopus outside the house. It was a transport to a wind turbine and suddenly some jumped out and mounted the sign and put it on my lawn, Kerstin says.

Kerstin thought they were putting the sign up again, but nothing happened. A few days later, she contacted the Swedish Transport Administration and responded that when the transport was completed, the roads were inspected and everything was restored. But when that happened, you could not give any notice.

- He hoped it would happen before the winter, and I who want to clear the lawn, says Kerstin Mattsson.

When SVT Nyheter Jämtland contacts Karin Netterman, who is the area manager at the Swedish Transport Administration, she is not aware that the sign has been removed, but says that one should look at whether it can be put elsewhere.
