Rescuers announced a storm warning in the Ulchi district on the Amur River due to a significant excess of the maximum permissible river level of 600 cm. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the water level in this area was 736 cm.

Earlier it was reported that the embankment was closed in Khabarovsk due to rising water levels in the Amur.
