The book presents new knowledge from current research, and you will be able to read about the Viking Age's large estate, the medieval monastery and the changes of the 20th century.

One of the 18 authors behind the book is Ulrich Lange, professor at the University of Gothenburg.

- Julita has roots in the Viking Age, so we have been able to reflect a goods based on time, space, man, the social context for a thousand years, it is very uncommon to have both time and opportunity, he says.
