The Court of Misdemeanors in Ras Al Khaimah sentenced an Asian thief to four months in prison and ordered him to be deported from the state after serving his sentence. He was obliged to pay the expenses after he was accused of stealing mobile phones and money from two shops in Ras Al Khaimah and escaping from the air conditioners and suction fans. He tried to escape through the air-conditioning hole in the police station's detention room.

In the first case, the defendant stole six mobile phones and 300 dirhams from a mobile phone shop in the Al Jazeera Al Hamra area and escaped from the vacuum after the robbery was completed.

The defendant confessed before the court to stealing a mobile phone and 300 dirhams, by entering through the door of the shop at four in the morning. He said he carried out the robbery at 4 pm.

The court explained that after the arrest at the police station, the defendant tried to escape from the air conditioning in the detention room before his order was discovered by the police officers.

In the second case, the Public Prosecution accused the defendant of stealing 1,000 dirhams from a fund of accounts belonging to a commercial company in Al Jazeera Al-Hamra region through the murder of the employee on the cashier and stealing the amount and running away from the window and destroying it, where the defendant denied the charges against him, despite confessing to the charge in the investigations of the police and the Public Prosecution. The court sentenced him to two months in prison, deported him from the state, and obliged him to pay for the case.
