The most recent restaurant was inaugurated in Pietrasanta in Tuscany.

His kitchen was consecrated by Elisabetta Sgarbi in 2013 in the book "Ricette di vita" and awarded with the Ambrogino d'Oro in 2015 and the sign of Historical Store of the Lombardy Region.
