According to the indictment, the incident occurred near the end of May near a soccer field at the school.

In police questioning, the father said that the boy along with some others had bullied his son, and that he therefore wanted to say that it was not okay.

Denied first

In a first hearing, the man denied having taken hold of the boy, but a few days later he himself requested a new hearing in which he acknowledged the course of events.

He also regretted lifting the boy, but not that he told him to stop teasing his son.

Witness saw the incident

The boy's mother later stated that the boy received a red mark on his chest where the man got hold of the leather and clothes. The boy should also have suffered a scratching wound on the leg and pain in both legs.

Part of the evidence is testimony from a person at the school who saw the man lift the boy.
