According to Korolev, the Ukrainian healthcare system really needs to be reformed, but the changes should be aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of medical care, and not at reducing the number of citizens.
“By joining forces, we will correct the mistakes of the past government and protect people,” she added.
Earlier, the press service of the Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine reported that since the beginning of 2019, more than 57 thousand people in the country have had measles, 19 of them died from complications.
In March, ex-parliamentary deputy Oleksandr Vilkul said previous Ukrainian authorities carried out “genocidal medical reform.”
