- After questioning and other investigative measures, the criminal suspicion of unlawful detention has been closed, as what has not been a crime. With regard to the suspicion of rape, the state of investigation is such that the suspicion does not reach probable cause and the man has therefore been released. The preliminary investigation continues, says Prosecutor Birgitta Fernlund.
