He pushed her into an introvert on the pretext of shame, until she was forced to face the inevitability of facing what she was suffering from, she turned from a girl who fears people to «compelling to stutter».

“I went through very difficult periods during my childhood because of stuttering, especially since I was a girl,” Farah told Emirates Today. “I suffered bullying from many of my peers at the time, and because I was a child, I could not find a way to live away from people, but over time. As I grew up, especially at the university level, I realized that the disadvantages of introverting were far greater than the difficulties of stuttering. on her".

“In 2013, she launched a social initiative called Stuttering, which made it a platform to support speech disorders in the UAE, providing them with the opportunity to talk, learn about each other's experiences, and motivate them,” says Farah. “It has become an ideal destination for hundreds of people who suffer from stuttering and their families.”

She pointed out that the success of this platform led her to expand the scope of community volunteer work, as she participated in many international events to showcase their experiences in dealing with what is known as «stuttering».

She added: "It also helped through my initiative to establish similar groups or platforms in a number of countries in the world, which led to the launch of service and voluntary cooperation with many international centers for stuttering."

According to Farah Al-Qaisia, she aspires to be the best representative of her country in international forums, to present the true image of Bint Al-Emarat and the support and appreciation it received at the level of wise leadership, stressing that it was awarded the `` Abu Dhabi Medal '' in the Abu Dhabi Award 2018, and honored by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has accepted the best testimony to the leadership bias of women.
