The Ministry applies the decision to ban work in open places under the sun, for the 15th consecutive year, from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm, from mid-June to mid-September of each year, promising fines of 5000 dirhams for each offending worker. The ministry reiterated on its official pages on social networking sites, warning the owners of establishments and businesses of the need to abide by the decision to ban work in the open places at noon, especially in the last days of its application, praising what she described as "great commitment" to the implementation of the ban, which has reached the rate since its implementation In 2005 until last year 99.7% in various work sites in the country.

A source at the ministry attributed the high rates of commitment to the implementation of the resolution to the adoption of new procedures to ensure compliance, through the allocation of 350 teams in the private sector.

He stated that the decision obliges the employer to provide preventive means to protect workers from the dangers of occupational injuries and diseases that may occur during working hours, as well as the dangers of injuries that may result from the use of machinery and other work tools, and to follow all other preventive measures prescribed in the Labor Organization Law. Exceptions
