This was announced by the official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Abbas Mousavi.

"Iran, seeking to show good intentions, is ready for dialogue at all levels with the parties remaining in the JCPOA," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

Zarif also explained Iran’s decision on the third phase of the reduction of nuclear deal obligations with the consequences of the US withdrawing from the JCPOA, the restoration of sanctions and the inability of Britain, Germany and France to fulfill their obligations.

Earlier, the UK expressed disappointment with Iran’s decision on a new reduction in the obligations of the JCPOA.

On September 4, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani announced the third stage of the reduction of obligations under the JCPOA since September 6.

At the same time, he announced Tehran’s readiness to return to full compliance with the nuclear deal within a few hours while making progress in negotiations with the Europeans.
