The son of former Brazilian star Cafu has died of a heart attack while playing football.
Danilo, 30, was celebrating his sister's birthday in Sao Paulo and suffered a heart attack while playing football.
He was rushed to hospital, but suffered another heart attack while in hospital and died there.
