“I consider Kotov’s guilt proven and I ask him to be found guilty under article 212.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia and sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in a penal colony,” TASS prosecutor quotes.
The state prosecutor also said that the witnesses fully confirmed the version of the investigation.
The Tver court of Moscow is debating the parties in this case.
In August, the Investigative Committee indicted Kotov under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia (repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a rally).
