According to NWT, one of Zynapp's employees is tired of waiting for their salary to be paid and therefore, with the support of the trade union union, the union turned to the crown guardian. Although the salary requirement was served to the company's owner, Mikael Solberg, in person, the salary was not paid. Now the Union has filed for bankruptcy with Zynapp.

Should give hundreds of jobs

Zynapp rents premises in the old Town Hall in Karlstad. It was purchased by My Life Diary, which is also owned by Mikael Solberg, in a widely debated deal where the company was able to buy Stadshuset for SEK 51 million. A price tag that critics considered was half the fair value.

"We have a goal of having hundreds of employees in a few years, but that depends on how great the service gets and how many users we get," said Mikael Solberg in connection with the acquisition.
