Chamber Prosecutor Lindha Strömberg has now prosecuted the 25-year-old woman's former boyfriend for the murder. He was in the woman's apartment when police arrived at the scene where he was arrested.

According to the indictment, the suspected man must have strangled the woman, and the violence against the neck should have caused bleeding and a fracture of the tongue bone. The prosecutor says he must have committed the act with intent, while the man himself denies the crime.
