The immersive project is based on the real diary of the Dyatlov group, personal notes and photos of the expedition members. With the help of materials collected by Ruptly, everyone will be able to go along the route of the group - up to the place of death of tourists, and conduct their investigation.

“Our project goes beyond the usual documentary: we collected all versions of what happened, and users can choose the one that seems most likely to them,” said Dinara Toktosunova, head of Ruptly.

The video agency team repeated the route of the Dyatlov group and shot footage of the place where the bodies of the students were found. Filming was carried out including using a drone. RUPTLY reporters also spoke with local residents, investigators and experts who spoke about the details of the expedition and shared their versions of the tragedy. The project includes exclusive archival records and photographs.

The Diary of the Dyatlov Group: The Last Page is implemented on a special site and three social media platforms: Instagram, Telegram and Vkontakte. Each platform will have a unique narrative and format.
