The man, who is a resident of Laholm, must have committed the crimes for several years, between 15 August 2016 until 1 January 2019.
First of all, the rape must have happened at the man's home address, but at one point it was at the amusement park, High Chaparral.
During the detention hearing, the man admitted that he had a sexual relationship with the plaintiff, but that he was not aware that the plaintiff had been under the age of 15.
The man is now suspected of a serious rape against children, two cases of rape against children, sexual abuse of children and negligent rape.
The man also refuses a crime, as he believes that the interaction should be "voluntary and at the initiative of the plaintiff".
Prosecution against the man must be brought before the district court by September 13. For the crimes of gross rape against children and rape against children, the man risks imprisonment for at least two years.
