“The time has come for all countries of the world to join forces in a systematic fight against terrorists and their accomplices, to begin a broad international dialogue,” Lukashenko said during an international conference on combating terrorism.

According to the Belarusian leader, the scale of the terrorist threat requires all countries to go beyond the framework of unification under the auspices of the UN.

“I am convinced that the creation of a united antiterrorist front by the forces of the UN, OSCE, EU, CSTO, CIS, SCO and other international organizations is the only sure way to counter this threat in a powerful and effective way,” he emphasized.

In August, the head of the FSB of Russia, Alexander Bortnikov, spoke about attempts by international terrorists to recruit foreign students.
