Prime Minister Edouard Philippe announced on Tuesday initial measures to help women victims of domestic violence, including additional accommodation and housing and the generalization of the possibility of filing a complaint in hospital.

"We are experimenting with these emergency rooms so that the files are processed in 15 days with a better articulation of the different judicial actors. The first experiment will take place in Créteil," he said.

He also referred to a bill proposed by the LREM group for the effective establishment of the "electronic anti-rapprochement bracelet", including "before any conviction" in the context of a judicial review or a court order. protection.
