The government has announced the creation of 1,000 places of accommodation and emergency housing. "These women already have a home, they do not need another one, we have to find places for those who make them live violence, we have to leave women and children in their homes," said Françoise. .

An audit will also be conducted in 400 police stations and gendarmeries until the end of 2020 to find out the malfunctions in the collection of complaints. "It's urgent to take into account and train this staff, we do not wait when a woman complains," insists Isabelle, whose cousin was killed by his spouse last March. "My cousin made several calls the night of her death to warn her that she was in danger, the police never came in. Other women are alive, and we need to protect them now.
