“A criminal case has been opened on the fact of the death of a ten-year-old boy on the grounds of a crime under Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Causing death by negligence”) ”, - stated in the statement.

According to the investigation, on September 1, from the facade of the Palace of Culture in Samara, a facing marble slab from a height of 1.5 meters fell on a ten-year-old child. The boy died from his injuries.
