“It was a great honor and at the same time a great responsibility to serve the defense of the interests of our country in the rank of the Prime Minister of Georgia,” he wrote.
According to him, “the strategic basis for development has been created, implemented,” and in this regard, decided to resign.
“Because I believe that I have fulfilled my mission at this stage,” he added.
In early July, in the capital of Georgia, about 2 thousand people staged a rally at which they demanded the resignation of Interior Minister Georgy Gakharia.
