US Open: N.2 World Ashleigh Barty Eliminated in 8th by Wang Qiang

World No.2 Ashleigh Barty was eliminated Sunday in the 8th finals of the US Open by China's Wang Qiang (18th) 6-2, 6-4.

The Australian, winner at Roland-Garros, gave in just 1h22. In the next round, Wang will face Serena Williams (8th) or Petra Martic (22nd).
