Large hurricane landed in the Bahamas

A large hurricane that travels the Atlantic Ocean landed in the Bahamas early in the day before Japan time, and the local disasters caused by heavy rains and strong winds are calling for residents to evacuate to safe places.

According to the American weather authorities, a large hurricane “Drian” landed on Abaco Island in northern Bahamas on the 1st of local time.

The central atmospheric pressure is 910 hectopascals and the maximum wind speed is 82 meters.

The meteorological authorities say that in many places, it will rain over 700mm this weekend and there is a risk of storm surges exceeding 2 meters.

According to meteorological authorities, "Drian" is expected to move north along the east coast of the United States after approaching Florida in the United States on the 2nd to 3rd of local time, while maintaining a strong power.

For this reason, Florida has declared a state of emergency and calls for residents to evacuate in areas where hurricanes are approaching.
