In Iran, the Hezbollah attack on the Israeli army was called a retaliatory measure

He noted that Israel’s actions are on par with the US’s malicious behavior in the region.

Earlier in Israel, it was stated that an anti-tank missile was launched from Lebanese territory towards a settlement located in the north of the country. As a result, the Israeli military returned fire in the direction of the attack source in southern Lebanon.

The media later reported that Hezbollah fighters destroyed an Israeli armored vehicle on the Israeli border with Lebanon and there were killed and injured Israelis as a result of the attack. In Israel, however, they declared that there were no losses during the shelling from Lebanon.

On September 1, the Israeli army confessed to setting fire to Lebanese forests by drones.
