According to TASS, the vote took place in Brandenburg and in Saxony.

According to the first exit polls, the Social Democrats (SPD) win in Brandenburg with 27.5% of the vote, followed by the Alternative for Germany (AdG) party with 22.5% and the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), gaining 15, five%.

In Saxony, the CDU wins (32%), the second place is taken by the AdG (27.5%), and the Left Party is in third place with 10.5%.

Earlier it was reported that the Alternative for Germany party took the first place in the election rating in the east of Germany.
