Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Anwar Gargash affirmed that our hearts are with Lebanon and the Lebanese, stressing that the decision of war, peace and stability should be the decision of the Lebanese state, because the Lebanese have always suffered from the unilateral decision and its repercussions.
