The Federal Supreme Court overturned a woman's fine and deported her from the state on the basis that she had come with an unknown person that would incite the commission of sin, and decided to refer the case to the Court of Appeal for further consideration, as the verdict did not evoke the elements of the crime, and shows the evidence of her establishment.

In detail, the Public Prosecution referred a woman to trial, who came with another order that would incite the commission of sin, demanding that they be punished with articles 212/1 and 312/3 of the Federal Penal Code and its amendments.

The Federal Court of First Instance fined the accused 2000 dirhams for the charge, deported from the state, and obliged to pay the case fees, amounting to 50 dirhams, and upheld by the Court of Appeal, did not accept the convicted of this judiciary and challenged him.

The defense defendant said in the appeal that «the appeal judgment violated the provisions of the law and Sharia, and erred in its application and interpretation, as the ruling ruled to convict his client, despite the denial since the consideration of the case, in addition to that the verdict did not indicate the elements of the crime of material and moral, and came in broad terms, He did not respond to the defense raised, so the verdict is flawed enough to be overturned.
