It was at midnight on Saturday night that the police at the western entrance to E22 made signs to the driver to stop the car, but the driver chose instead to press the accelerator pedal and try to drive away from the police.
During the car chase, the man has to come up at very high speeds, but after the police followed him, they got a stop on the car.
- After about 15 minutes, there will be a stop and the driver is alone in the car, says Calle Person, police spokesperson.
The driver is now suspected of drunk driving and gross negligence in traffic.
