A crowd has taken to the streets of Hong Kong again this Saturday despite a ban on demonstration. Police have fired tear gas with the intention of dissolving the protest, which has reached the gates of Parliament.

According to AFP, the protesters have demolished the external barriers of the parliamentary building and have confronted the agents protected with shields and throwing Molotov cocktails .

The tension has skyrocketed in the city after the arrest of several representatives of the Hong Kong prodemocracy movement. Among those arrested is Joshua Wong, one of the most representative figures of the rebellion.
