The two-week application for board membership has been approved through the youth.uaecabinet.ae application platform, while a number of conditions have been set for candidates to be selected within the composition of boards and federal committees. These conditions include that the young man must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates, and must not exceed the age of 30 years, with a university degree, not less than a bachelor, in addition to the availability of a minimum of two years in the field of specialization and supervisory field, and be fluent in Arabic and English at a minimum .

The e-platform currently includes a list of 37 government board of directors to be included in its youth membership, targeting 91 entities and federal committees during the next phase.
