The Observatory said that the information collected on the number of detainees on Friday alone amounted to 400 people, and the international human rights organization explained that the security belt forces targeted in the campaigns of arrest and raids military and civilians belonging to all northern provinces, as well as dozens of people from the provinces of Shabwa and Abyan.

On the other hand, the Yemeni government continues to reject what it called the UAE aggression, and use false justifications to cover up its bombardment that left dead and wounded military and civilians, she said. The government stated that the UAE's continued supply of and support to the so-called Transitional Council with heavy and qualitative weapons contradicts the objectives of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy and International Resolutions, particularly Resolution 2216.

In Taiz province, the head of the Supreme Council for Popular Resistance, Hamoud al-Mikhlafi, called on the soldiers fighting in the southern border of Saudi Arabia to return quickly to the fronts of fighting in the province of Taiz, "to complete its liberation and protect it from the dangers and threats it may face."
