• Events: The beach of Sant Sebastià in Barcelona will remain closed until the Navy detonates the bomb
  • Catalonia. The Civil War projectile with 70 kilos of trilite was found on a beach in Barcelona

The Badalona Urban Guard (Barcelona) has closed access to a part of the Cristall de Badalona beach and has banned the bath, after being submerged artifact about 15 meters from the coast.

As reported by the Badalona City Council, Civil Guard specialists have moved to the site to examine the origin and characteristics of the device.

Civil Protection of the Generalitat has agreed to wave the red flag to prohibit bathing at the Cristall beach because of this finding.

It is the case that the Civil Guard located last Sunday on a beach in Barceloneta a bomb not detonated from the Civil War, with 70 kilos of explosive, which had to be detonated by the Navy last Monday, after moving the projectile away one mile from the coast and sink it to almost 40 meters deep.
