The head of the Central Court of Instruction number 2 of the National Court, Ismael Moreno , has issued a car this Friday in which he refuses to prohibit the commemoration of Ospa Eguna or "Goodbye Day" scheduled for Saturday in the Navarre town of Alsasua because considers that there is no history of crimes in previous celebrations that justify such restriction of fundamental rights.

The order, signed on Friday, nevertheless orders that the Office of Interior of the Government of Navarra and the State Security Forces and Bodies be sent ex officio to control the Ospa Eguna in order to prevent the occurrence of crimes of exaltation, justification of terrorism, humiliation of victims or others. Order that if this happens, the authors are identified and the court is informed.

Moreno resolves on duty after receiving a report from the Prosecutor's Office of the National Court on Thursday requesting the prohibition of these acts that have been organized since 2010 because he understands that he reproduces the "tactical objective" of ETA consisting in expelling the Forces and Bodies State Security of the autonomous communities of the Basque Country and Navarra and that, in addition, humiliates the victims of terrorism.

The Public Ministry also argued that "these public attacks on the Civil Guard Corps as one of the most severely punished by the criminal action of the terrorist organization ETA also entails a debasement and humiliation against the victims of that organization."
