He commented on the message of the Russian Foreign Ministry about the talks between Lavrov and Jagland on August 30.

The CE Secretary General’s spokesman also answered the question of whether during the negotiations they discussed specific terms for the transfer of the contribution to the Council of Europe by Russia.

On August 30, Lavrov and Jagland discussed the prospects for cooperation between Russia and the Council of Europe.
