“In Moscow, they carefully monitor the processes taking place in Ukraine and expect that the new generation of Ukrainian politicians will be more responsible and adequate, unlike representatives of the previous regime, rejected by a significant part of the country's citizens,” the department said.

The ministry noted that the new leadership of Ukraine will be assessed by its practical steps.

On August 29, the Verkhovna Rada of the ninth convocation began work. The newly elected deputies took the oath.

On the same day, a cabinet was formed, headed by Prime Minister Alexei Goncharuk.
