In the spring of 2018, the police made a strike against a league in Norrköping, the so-called "HP help", which should have organized large-scale cheating on the university test on a large scale. It is in the league's lists that the Kungsbackaman's information should have been found. The man is now being prosecuted for grossly false assurance, because in the test of honor and conscience he signed that it happened without cheating.

- His information is included in the seizure of HP help. It appears that someone with his name and social security number has simply ordered cheating. Then there is also a picture of him and his driver's license in it, says prosecutor Stefan Creutz.

The Prosecutor considers it proven that the man paid to get 1.6 in test results and therefore entered a degree program at the Gothenburg School of Business. For this he must have paid SEK 67,000. The man refuses a crime.

The college test fraud is considered "system-threatening"

The offense is described in the lawsuit filed with Varberg district court as "systemic" and extra serious as it has been organized.

"I expect a convict," says Stefan Creutz.

Many can be judged in this

Five men and three women were convicted of involvement in the college and 23 for purchasing the service. But in mid-June, the Göta High Court announced that the case had to be rescheduled, due to disquiet.

According to Stefan Creutz, 21 people are charged with cheating on the college exam in spring and autumn 2017. One person is convicted. He believes there may be further prosecutions and continues to work with people who should have cheated in the spring of 2018.

The penalty for gross untrue insurance is 2 years in prison, it is not grossly a fine.
