North Korea SLBM launch experiment preparations or US think tank analyzed August 29th, 11:19

An American think tank has revealed an analysis that North Korea may be preparing for an experiment on a SLBM-submarine-launched ballistic missile. It is possible that North Korea is accelerating missile development while President Trump is showing his attitude not to regard short-range missile launches as a problem.

The American think tank, CSIS = Institute for Strategic and International Studies, revealed the analysis results of satellite photos taken on the 26th of this month at the shipyard in Simpo (Shinpo) in eastern North Korea.

According to it, it is said that it can be confirmed that the ship is placed sideways on the barge that seems to be used for the experiment of SLBM. These ships were used to tow the barge offshore during past experiments.

Experts also analyze that North Korea may be preparing for the launch of SLBM, saying that large vehicles and people can be seen on the quay.

On the other hand, in North Korea, it was reported last month that Kim Jong-un, the chairman of the Korean Labor Party, visited a newly built submarine, but analysis shows that the site was the shipyard.

While President Trump is showing no attitude to short-range missile launches, North Korea may be accelerating missile development. Experts said, “If you deploy a submarine that can launch SLBM, the threat of nuclear and missiles Markedly increase "
