His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, has issued Federal Decree No. 95 of 2019, appointing a number of new judges as President of the Court of First Instance on the second category in the Federal Courts.

The judges were sworn in yesterday morning, before the Minister of Justice Sultan Saeed Al-Badi, in the presence of the Director of the Judicial Inspection Department, Counselor Jassim Saif Bouasiba, and the Director of the Department of International Relations at the Ministry Judge Abdulrahman Murad Al-Balushi.

During his meeting with the new judges in his office at the Ministry of Justice, Al-Badi stressed the importance of achieving the rule of law and completed justice, removing all obstacles that hinder its progress, and taking everything that facilitates litigants, and preserving rights and good treatment, to achieve the desired goals and aspirations of the justice and justice system in the state.

The new judges are: Wael Jamil Mustafa Bassiouni, Ayman Amin Abdel Azim Shash, Ayman Hassan Sanaa El Din Abdel Nasser El Shafei, Hossam El Din Hassan Mostafa Mohamed Khader, Ahmed Talaat Abdel Sadek Mohamed, Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abdel Maksoud El Desouky.
