Zelensky advocated US accession to the Norman format

"The President of Ukraine expressed the hope that the United States will be more likely to be involved in the negotiation process in the Donbass," the press service of the Ukrainian president said.

Zelensky noted that Ukraine would welcome Washington’s accession to the Norman format.

It is noted that Zelensky thanked the United States "for the powerful support of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine."

Earlier, U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Walker said the United States was pleased with the Norman format.
