“The newly elected president, Vladimir Zelensky, has the confidence of 70% of Ukrainian citizens - the highest result of all time among all Ukrainian presidents,” the fund’s website said in a statement.
It is noted that 55% of respondents consider the main reason for Zelensky’s victory in the elections to be a citizen’s request for a radical renewal of power.
The survey was conducted from August 8 to August 20, 2019 in 103 settlements, 2,040 respondents were interviewed.
Survey results published in July showed that about 60% of Ukrainians approve Zelensky’s course.
